R&D Engineer Processes
As an R&D Engineer Processes, you will be responsible for the design and development of the processes required for the high-volume production of our sensors, depending on the focus, in the MEMS, Test and Calibration area or Packaging and Assembly.
In close cooperation with project management, you will define the requirements for processes and coordinate their implementation with your counterparts in the technology groups (Software, Hardware, Automation, etc.) and with external suppliers. You will qualify the manufactured systems and processes, and deliver them to Production. As the process owner, you will monitor and analyze your processes in order to continually improve quality and performance, thus laying the groundwork for the creation of innovative products.

Software Engineer

You will ensure that our sensor products deliver optimum performance, enabling provision of comprehensive and individually calibrated sensors for all our customers. All your activities will be closely product-related.

Hardware Engineer
As a hardware engineer, you will independently create the concept and design of hardware and firmware, and will be responsible for its verification. You will use your knowledge of analog and digital circuit design in a varied range of projects. You will also assist in the constant refinement of hardware for our high-tech testing and calibration systems, in order that our high volume products can be calibrated and tested efficiently and reliably. Your expertise will be used to answer design and support queries from internal and external customers, and you will work closely with purchasing, production and various development teams.

IC Design Engineer
As an IC design engineer, you will oversee the development of our silicon chips, from specification to production. As an analog or digital designer, you will be responsible for design architecture, implementation, verification, subsequent drafting of the layout, and validation of the functionality of finished chips in the lab.
As a test engineer, you will be responsible for the evaluation and characterization of chips, as well as for the development of the test program for the production trials. Working with software and hardware/firmware teams, you will design the Sensirion-specific test systems.

Automation Engineer
As an automation engineer, you will work at the interface of development and production. You will be responsible for automation projects in the development of production facilities from simple devices to highly complex equipment. You will work closely with our specialist software and hardware personnel and process engineers. Your innovative solutions will enable us to produce high-precision sensors of the smallest dimensions, in large quantities and to the highest quality standards.

R&D Engineer MEMS Technologies
As R&D engineer in the MEMS technologies division, you are chiefly responsible for developing Sensirion's MEMS manufacturing processes. You play a proactive role in MEMS projects to develop new sensors and further develop existing ones. First and foremost, you are responsible for technical implementation all the way through to serial production. During the development phase you are also in charge of various tasks in our own on-site cleanrooms.

MEMS Packaging Engineer
As a MEMS packaging expert, you will work on pioneering packaging processes for our sensors, and coordinate packaging for new sensor solutions internally and externally (with packaging companies in Asia). Your technical expertise and experience will accompany packaging projects from the prototype phase through to the start of production. You will deal with the various IC packaging types and the related analytical techniques for package structures and materials, and acquire a deeper knowledge of the various packaging process.

Market Manager
As a market manager, you will be responsible for strategic planning and positioning of our company in the relevant market. Key Account Manager

Inside Sales Manager
With your technical flair, inside sales managers boost our international operations and our constantly expanding inside sales team. You will look after our international customer relationships and constantly develop new ones. You will work closely with field sales staff in your own sales area, and support customer and sales partners on a range of issues. As the link between customers, field sales staff and our technical departments, you will collaborate on various internal and external sales projects. You will compile sales statistics, prepare for and review discussions with customers, and maintain our customer database.

Your main task as a technical customer support agent is the support of existing customers for all standard Sensirion products. Technical support is crucial. Program Manager
Program managers take on product responsibility for our market-leading high-tech products. As well as preparation and execution of large-scale ramp-ups, you will oversee mass production of very high volume semiconductor sensors. You will work closely with development, production, marketing and sales, in order to continuously improve current products. Yield Engineer
Become the expert on the technical properties of our products. Your technical knowledge will expand our production yield, making you a key contact for the development, sales and production departments. Yield engineers are responsible for the collection, evaluation, monitoring and documentation of measurement data from the production process. You will also work systematically to find solutions for production problems, and find appropriate action strategies through testing and analysis.

Supply Chain Planner
As a supply chain planner, you will apply specialist expertise to the management of all interaction between development, supply chain and production. You will be responsible for the monthly creation of sales and operations plans for each product area, and for volume planning and management for service providers related to production. You will develop our supply chain planning and control processes, and maintain our materials master data in the ERP and MES system. Throughout all these activities, you will maintain close contact with the sales and marketing, order processing, purchasing, logistics and production departments.

Strategic Purchasing Specialist
Strategic purchasing specialists deal with the various categories of materials required for the development and production of our sensors, working to the highest commercial and technical specifications. You procure materials and are responsible for strategic planning and contract and price negotiations. You will select, develop and support suppliers on the basis of defined technical and economic factors, and maintain a constant overview of trends in national and international markets. Additionally, you will support the optimization of purchasing processes and the on-going minimization of the total cost of ownership (TCO).

Equipment Specialist
As an equipment specialist, you are responsible for the continual maximization and optimization of equipment availability. You will also work, as part of a continuous improvement process (CIP), to ensure that the production equipment is maintained in a serviceable condition. You will independently plan, implement and document maintenance, calibration and repair work, and oversee the installation and commissioning of new production equipment. Additionally, you will be a point of contact for external suppliers and service technicians for various technical issues.

Operator
Operators work with a high degree of precision to ensure smooth production of our high volume sensors. You specialize in either manual or mechanical sensor assembly. Your skills ensure that functional sensors, used around the world in all kinds of applications, are produced from their myriad components.

Operator Cleanroom
As a cleanroom operator, you will be responsible for highly complex procedures and instruments involved in wafer finishing, using semiconductor industry technologies. You will attend to and supervise the evaluation, testing and accurate documentation of cleanroom processes. You will regularly verify facilities and equipment to ensure sensors are of maximum quality. Compliance with safety regulations and guidelines for cleanroom work is central to all your activities.

Quality Engineer
We endeavor to ensure that our products and services measure up to the most stringent quality standards, and we place great importance on the management of product quality during development, volume production and ramp down.
