The Job Interview
If your application is what we’re looking for, you will be invited to an interview with your future trainer and Morena Casarico, so that Sensirion can to get an impression of you in person. The interview is about getting to know you better and learning more about your academic achievements and interests.
If your personal interview went well, you will be invited to a trial apprenticeship, which lasts two to three days, depending on the type of apprenticeship. This gives you an additional opportunity to experience the working environment and possible tasks.
You can find tips for your trial days here.
2. Conversation With Your Parents
If your trial days went well, you will receive a phone call within a few days confirming that you have received the position. But this doesn’t mean you have to accept it immediately. It’s important to us that you are sure about the apprenticeship, and we want you to have enough time to make a decision.
If you accept the apprenticeship at Sensirion, you and your parents will be invited to come sign the contract. This will allow your parents to also get to know the trainer, Morena Casarico and your future working environment.
