It is important to us that you are happy in the workplace. We believe that to deliver a good performance, employees have to feel comfortable in the workplace. That’s why we organize an annual apprentice excursion and apprentice camp. We also pay for your school and course supplies, and for vocational school students, we even contribute to the cost of learning a language abroad.
