Substantial savings in fuel consumption and reduction exhaust gases can be achieved through burner control. Therefore we focus on the outlet temperature, and the precise volume supply. Our knowledge about the optimum interaction of these two parameters significantly improves the overall system performance.

Profound Expertise in Heat Recovery
Unused warm exhaust air is lost energy. Through the correct use of sensors around 90 percent of energy from exhaust air can be recovered. For this reason, many customers trust in our expertise as well as our sensors and warm the supply air of buildings using the residual energy of the exhaust air: the air is heated, for example, in winter and cooled in summer.
Long-Term Stable and Free from Drift Issues
Sensirion's differential pressure sensors are based on a thermal measuring principle. Thus, our products have excellent long-term stability and are free from drift issues. Moreover, our sensors are characterized by a high degree of reproducibility, i.e. the device-to-device comparability of different measurements is very accurate.

Reducing airflows in buildings leads to noticeably lower operating costs. This results not only from the reduced energy consumption of the ventilator fans but also from the lower consumption of the air treatment system (heating/cooling/dehumidification/humidification) and the longer service life of the filters. Variable air/volume flow is essential in buildings today. It needs to be regulated depending on air quality, room temperature, and humidity, and the building occupancy must also be taken into account. This has been a focus for us at Sensirion for years.

The digital, fully calibrated differential pressure sensors of the SDP600 series are fast, reliable, long-term stable, and free from drift issues. Even the smallest pressure differences (<10 Pa) can be measured with extremely high sensitivity and precision.
The differential pressure sensors are fully calibrated and temperature-compensated, and enable highly precise differential pressure measurements with an analog 0–4 V output signal. The sensors are the ideal choice for demanding applications, and are characterized by their long-term stability and short signal processing time.
The differential pressure sensors of the SDP3x series feature excellent accuracy and long-term stability. Thanks to their minimal size of just 5mm x 8mm x 5mm, the sensors can be integrated into countless new applications.
