Mass Flow Meter Evaluation Kits
The evaluation kits are designed for an easy and cost-efficient evaluation of Sensirion's mass flow meters. Test now the features of the mass flow meters. Especially at lowest flow rates, the sensors provide very low pressure drop, highest accuracy and fast response time.
The evaluation kits consist of a USB cable to which the mass flow meter is connected. With help of the available software the sensors can be tested fast and under real conditions. There is no need to program a microprocessor as the evaluation kit can be connected directly to a PC. The software displays the measurement data directly on the user's screen. It also allows the data to be exported to an Excel spreadsheet, making it easy to save and process.
At the heart of every mass flow sensor is a MEMS based calorimetric microsensor, which measures the gas flow using the thermal measurement principle. The sensor element is integrated with the complete signal conditioning electronics on one single chip. This unique integrated technological approach - provided by the unparalleled and innovative CMOSens® Technology - results in excellent performance at a very attractive cost.
