Development Kit: SHT31 Smart Gadget
The SHT31 Smart Gadget is a simple reference design circuit board and development kit which demonstrates the outstanding performance and ease of use of Sensirion’s humidity and temperature sensors. The Smart Gadget not only shows humidity and temperature values on the display, but can also communicate with a bluetooth SMART capable device like a smartphone. World‘s smallest differential pressure sensor
Sensirion’s new differential pressure sensor is a real world first. It is incredibly small and opens up various new application and integration possibilities in medical technology as well as in the consumer goods industry. Due to its small size of just 5mm x 8mm x 5mm, the sensor can be placed in devices, where there was no space for sensor technology until now. In addition, existing devices can be designed a whole lot smaller, thanks to the sensor. Apart from its minimal size, the SDP3x differential pressure sensor stands out with its excellent accuracy and long-term stability and is also free from zero-point drift. Therefore, the sensor is perfectly suited for mass flow measurements in bypass configurations.
New Possibilities for Infusion Therapies
Our disposable liquid flow sensor solutions for medical devices, will change the field of drug delivery from the ground up and enable solutions to be provided which are safer, more reliable and more mobile for care in the hospital and at home. The liquid flow sensor provides liquid flow measurement capability from inside medical tubing, such as an infusion set or a catheter, in a low cost sensor, suitable for disposable applications. Now drug delivery from an infusion set, an infusion pump or other medical devices can be measured precisely and in real time. Treatments will become more effective, as they become easier to monitor and control. Patient's safety is improved by the automatic detection of failure modes like clogging, free flow, air bubbles, or leaks in the tubing connection.
