Sensirion takes the step from technology pioneer to market leader thanks to innovation, agile structures and a corporate culture that is characterized by appreciation and creative freedom. The corporate culture is enriched, for example, by the diversity of the employees. In an internationally active company, this is how diverse values and cultures meet. Combining these is a challenge that is mastered with company traditions. Sensirion relies on numerous employee-organized events, flat hierarchies and educational measures. This process is supported by a high degree of transparency, says Heiko Lambach, VP Human Resources:
"At Sensirion, there is a permanent communication loop between supervisors and employees, with weekly and semi-annual meetings in which the development of the individual employee plays an important role; employees are supported with targeted measures if necessary."
