Our HR introduces itself
Sensirion has a corporate culture founded on fairness and honesty, constructive cooperation based on mutual respect and an uncompromising dedication to achievement. Our company regards Human Resources as one of the central tasks and gives a great weight to the employees. In spring 2013, Sensirion split the department into two units with their own directors, who are both represented in the executive management. The "Employer Branding and Recruiting" unit headed by Peter Kosel actively recruits the best talents. Meanwhile the "Human Resources" unit under Heiko Lambach focuses on employee support and development.
