Open Communication

Who does not know - changes are always a challenge. In a constantly changing world, a stable workplace is therefore worth a lot. Sensirion strives to offer employees exactly that and to meet their needs. For us, this starts with an open communication culture.
News that affects the entire workforce is therefore presented in a meeting every two weeks. This can be developments in R&D, the opening up of new markets or an update on customer projects.
With the intranet, the company also offers a great way to communicate important news to all employees. During the Corona crisis, it was also used to share internal updates or simply to maintain the corporate culture in times of remote working. So many new routines have been created that have encouraged virtual collaboration and from which we can continue to benefit in the future.
