Fairness and honesty, cooperation and top performance - these have been Sensirion's values ever since its foundation in 1998. Mark Hornung confirms in his field report that this has not changed, even with the increase in the number of new employees.
"In the mornings, I particularly enjoy the engrossing discussions with my colleagues. The ability to always come up with new ideas makes work exciting", says Mark. The open exchange promotes a good working atmosphere and allows Sensirion to make constant progress in a future-oriented market. Even if the corporate culture does not change fundamentally, Sensirion continues to develop as a company.
