Process Engineer Humidity
Frank Gütle studied physics in Freiburg and worked for a year and a half on his thesis at the Fraunhofer Institute for Applied Solid State Physics. In May 2013, he started as an intern at Sensirion in the Process Engineering department. After two months, he took up a permanent position.
Since then he has worked as a process engineer in Humidity Sensors, where he acts as an interface between sensor development and industrial manufacturing. He has designed innovative wafer chucks and developed calibration processes for new sensors - for example, the new humidity and temperature sensor SHTW1. Frank sees Sensirion as a fast-paced company which puts people first.
Furthermore Frank is motivated by appreciation rather than negative pressure or coercion.
The company gives a lot back in return for my work
He also appreciates the great freedom that he has at Sensirion: "I can develop my own ideas and I don't have a fixed approach to solving problems. My ability to innovate is encouraged and challenged every day. This ensures that I will never get bored at work. "
