The SLF3x, Sensirion’s latest innovation in liquid flow sensing, is now available worldwide from Sensirion’s distribution net-work. Based on Sensirion’s excellent 20-year track record in low and lowest flow rate sensing, the radically optimized me-chanical design of the SLF3x takes an already well-established functionality to the next level in terms of price-performance ratio. In line with Sensirion’s proven track record in liquid flow sensing, the SLF3x liquid flow sensor is the result of a contin-uous and tireless strive for innovation. The sensor allows for the bidirectional measurement of flow rates up to 40 ml/min for both water and hydrocarbon-based fluids. In combination with its excellent signal-to-noise ratio and unprecedented turndown ratio of 200:1, it allows real-time monitoring of any fluidic system, which improves process control and enables advanced failure detection. The straight, unobstructed flow channel has no moving parts and is made from inert wetted materials providing outstanding chemical resistance and excellent media compatibility.
CMOSens® Technology for IR detection enables highly accurate carbon dioxide measurement at a competitive price. Along with the NDIR measurement technology for CO2 detection, a best-in-class Sensirion humidity and temperature sensor is also integrated on the same sensor module. Ambient humidity and temperature can be outputted by Sensirion’s algorithm expertise through modeling and compensating of external heat sources without the requirement for any additional components.
Thanks to the dual-channel principle for the measurement of carbon dioxide concentration, the sensor compensates for long-term drifts automatically by design. The very small module height allows easy integration into different applications.
With this new particulate matter sensor, Sensirion expands its range of environmental sensing solutions and opens up a new dimension in indoor and outdoor air quality applications.The SPS30 particulate matter (PM) sensor represents a new technological breakthrough in optical PM sensors. Its measurement principle is based on laser scattering and makes use of Sensirion's innovative contamination-resistance technology.
