SCD40 CO2 Sensor - Finalist for the AMA Innovation Award 2020

The AMA Association for Sensor and Measuring Technology is looking for forward-looking ideas in sensor and measuring technology with recognizable market relevance. With the AMA Innovation Award 2020, the AMA Association honors outstanding research and development achievements in the field of sensors/measurement technology and related technologies. The developers themselves, not the institutions, are honored. Those who come up with ideas and those who develop these ideas to market maturity are honored equally.
We are very proud that our upcoming SCD40 CO2 Sensor has been selected as a finalist. The SCD40 represents the first CO₂ and RH/T sensor in miniature format, which impresses with a space requirement of only one cubic centimeter. This disruptive innovation is based on the principle of photoacoustic sensor technology and combines minimum size with maximum performance. Due to its unparalleled price/performance ratio, the SCD40 is particularly suitable for series applications and cost-sensitive areas of use.
The winner will be announced digitally on Tuesday, June 23rd by the AMA Association.
