Take a guess and win a Sensirion CO2 monitor
Sensirion is a leading manufacturer of environmental sensors for measuring and monitoring various air quality parameters such as CO2. We recently launched the SCD4x, the world's smallest CO2 sensor.
Take a guess and answer the question about our CO2 sensors below. With a little luck, you win a Sensirion CO2 monitor that can be used to improve your air quality.
Guessing question
Sensirion's newest CO2 sensor - the SCD4x - is the world's smallest CO2 sensor. By what factor is it smaller than its predecessor, the SCD30?
Prize
The participant who has estimated the correct factor closest wins a Sensirion CO2 monitor. If several participants guess the correct value, the prize will be drawn. One Prize will be given per trade show.
To participate, answer the question and submit the answer form electronically. The winner will be notified by e-mail after the trade fair. Good luck!

Sensirion and CO2 sensors
Environmental conditions have a strong impact on our well-being, comfort and productivity. Sensirion's sensor solutions provide detailed and reliable data on key environmental indicators and open up new opportunities for the development of smart devices to monitor and improve indoor air quality. The product range of our environmental sensors includes various CO2 sensors.
CO2 content is an important indicator for minimizing the risk of infection with bacteria and viruses, such as COVID-19, in indoor environments. CO2 correlates with the tiny droplets (called aerosols) emitted not only when coughing or sneezing, but also during normal breathing and talking, and can potentially contain viruses. This means that if the CO2 concentration in the air is high, then the number of aerosols is also high and action is required.
CO2 monitor as a solution
Currently, various solutions for regular and effective ventilation in closed rooms are being tested. One effective solution is a CO2 monitor. The advantage is that they are easy to operate and intuitively understandable thanks to the traffic light system.
Sensirion has developed such a CO2 monitor as a gadget. This CO2 air monitor from Sensirion has a highly accurate and reliable CO2 sensor integrated and has LED lights that signal the status of air quality with a traffic light system. The colors red, yellow and green indicate when it is time to ventilate the room. The handy gadget also has a USB port, allowing it to be connected to any hardware that has a USB connector, whether it is a USB charger, a computer or a car. The sensor manufacturer also offers an iOS and Android app to record and display measurement data in real time.
