SDPx108 Series - Differential Pressure Sensors
The differential pressure sensors of the SDPx108 series are a high-performance sensor solution, specially designed for air flow measurements in medical applications. Based on the differential pressure sensors of the SDP1000 series, SDPx108 features the same high-value mechanical, electrical and physical characteristics. The SDPx108 sensor provides an analog output signal with a range of 0-4 V and is fully calibrated and temperature compensated. In addition, it has a high resolution. Thanks to the principle of thermal flow measurement the SDPx108 sensor series achieves outstanding sensitivity and accuracy even at extremly low differential pressures, exhibits very high stability and is freedom of zero point drift. Furthermore, the SDPx108 series offers square-root output characteristics for a wider dynamic measurement range. The faster response time - compared to the SDP1000 series - makes the differential pressure sensor a perfect solution for respiratory devices and time-critical process automation applications.

Depending on your specific requirements you can choose between different versions. The individual characteristics are displayed below:
Version: | Calibrated range: | Accuracy*: | Characteristic: |
SDP 1108 | 0 to 500 Pa | 0.2% FS / 1% m.v. | root square |
SDP 2108 | 0 to 3500 Pa | 0.3% FS / 1% m.v. | root square |
*FS = full-scale or span; m.v. = maesured value; the bigger value is valid
