Chairman of the Board
Born in 1969 (Switzerland)
- Research at ETH and the Paul Scherrer Institute in the fields of microelectronics and detector technology, co-founder of Sensirion AG and co-CEO since 1998, winner of numerous entrepreneurial awards
- Studied physics at EHT Zurich, Ph.D. at ETH Zurich
Heinrich Fischer
Born in 1950 (Switzerland)
- Head of Plant Engineering at Balzers Coating Systems for Optics and Microelectronics for ten years, member of corporate management in Oerlikon Buehrle Group for five years, and CEO of Saurer Group for twelve years; co-founder and Chairman of the Board at ISE AG 1994-2005
- Studied physics and electrical engineering at ETH Zurich, MBA at University of Zurich
Markus Glauser
Born in 1948 (Switzerland)
- Variety management positions in engineering and medical technology industry and a number of management positions with private equity and venture capital firms
- Studied engineering, electrical engineering and business administration at the Universities of Bern and Biel
Felix Mayer
Born in 1965 (Switzerland)
- Five years with Siemens, research in micro technology at ETH Zürich, co-founder of Sensirion AG and co-CEO since 1998, winner of many entrepreneurial awards
- Studied physics at EHT Zurich, Ph.D. in micro technology at ETH Zurich
Hans Widmer
Born in 1940 (Switzerland)
- McKinsey, most recently as Director, member of the executive board at Sandoz (merged with Ciba-Geigy into Novartis AG), President of Schweiter Technologies until 2011 and main stockholder until 2012, parallel reorganization of Tecan, restructuring of Oerlikon-Buehrle
- Dipl. Ing degree at ETH Zurich, Ph.D. in nuclear engineering at the Massachusetts Institute of Technology (MIT), MBA at MIT
