The CMOSens® Mass Flow Meter series EM1 represents a new generation of cost optimized mass flow meters for gases. At an unbeatable price/performance ratio it covers a very wide flow range (1:100) with an accuracy of 3% of measured value.

Due to the use of the unsurpassed CMOSens® Technology the EM1 Mass Flow Meter series is able to give a digital, linearized, calibrated and temperature compensated flow signal. The EM1 Mass Flow Meter enables fast (5 ms), accurate and reliable flow measurement at low cost for a wide range of standard and OEM applications.
