The SLG1430 is the ultimate solution for liquid mass flow monitoring in LC/MS applications and lab-on-a-chip systems. Through the tubing material a highly sensitive CMOSens® microchip detects the mass flow inside. A simple straight fused silica capillary forms this flow path which withstands pressures up to 400 bar. By using this patented technology, great repeatability for analyses - the most important criterion in liquid chromatography and microfluidic systems - is ensured. The maximum flow rate is 40 µl/min.
