SHT21 - NEW Digital Humidity Sensor (RH&T)

Smallest relative humidity sensor for a multitude of applications: "size that inspires"!

The extremely small SHT21 digital humidity sensor and temperature sensor integrates sensors, calibration memory and digital interface on 3x3mm footprint. Additionally the humidity sensor provides electronic read-out of tracking information. The complete over-moulding of the sensor chip – with the exception of the humidity sensor area – protects the humidity and temperature sensor against external impact and leads to an excellent stability against aging, shock and volatile chemicals.

Time Schedule & Samples

Start of serial production for SHT21 is planned for April 2010 such that first shipments can be made towards the end of that month. Currently C-samples are distributed by free sample promotion – sign in and experience the outstanding performance of the humidity sensor! C-samples are identical to sensors from serial production, find respective datasheet on the document list. Datasheets of earlier sample versions are available upon request – please be aware that coefficients for calculating physical values have been changed.
