SDP1000-OEM: Customized Differential Pressure Sensors for large quantities

The Sensirion differential pressure sensor SDP1000-OEM is a flexible platform for customized sensor characteristics. Available for quantities above 2000 pieces per year SDP1000-OEM offers you a unique performance thanks to Sensirion's unequaled CMOSens® sensor technology.

CMOSens® combines an economical yet highly precise sensor element with electronics for signal processing on a single chip (ASIC).The SDP1000/2000 product family is suited extremely well suited for numerous applications, such as medical applications (CPAP/BiPAP, home ventilation, oxygen concentration), HVAC (VAV, filter monitoring, ventilator regulation, clean-room monitoring, etc.), air and environmental protection, and portable instruments. The housing is made from a high quality, chemically inert PPS plastic.

The SDP1000/2000 product family is also a flexible platform for customized differential pressure sensors.
For high quantity applications, i.e. application with orders exceeding 3000 units per year, Sensirion can offer a variety of customizations, based on the existing standard products SDP1000, SDP1108, or SDP2000.

Possible Customizations:

- Measurement range: The range can be customized to any range between -3500Pa and +3500Pa (e.g. -100Pa to +250Pa).
- Output characteristics: Instead of linear characteristics, a wide range of non-linear, continuous characteristics may be implemented.
- Voltage output: Any range between 0.2 and 4.0V (e.g. 1.0-2.5V) is available.
- Response time and filter characteristics may also be customized
